Welcome to my website. Life can at times be great but often we are slowed down by its complications. As a counsellor I am here to help you understand the areas of difficulty you are encountering and find new ways of coping in the future.

I realize that finding yourself looking for a counsellor can be daunting but I hope you will take the time to browse through these pages. If you discover that you feel counselling and working with me is something you would like to consider please contact me to arrange a mutually convenient time for us to meet together – indeed please contact me if you have any questions you would like answered before you proceed.

At our initial session you will have the opportunity to discuss your needs. Coming to this chargeable session (£40) does not put you under any obligation to start the counselling process.
