Welcome to my website, I would like to introduce to you, a little bit about my professional experiences.
I work with an integrative approach to counselling. Working both long term and short term counselling. This way of working helps me to enable you to reflect on your past and present experiences within your own time and pace. These experiences may be filled with difficult thoughts and feeling's that you may find difficult to express with friends and loved one's. I can offer you the support, safety and confidentiality throughout our working relationship.
I also work with people and their relatives of drugs and alcohol misuse.
Counselling / Support can help you work through some or one of your difficulties:
• Drugs and alcohol misuse
• Lack of confidence
• Divorce
• Bereavement and other losses
• Self harm
• Loneliness
• Difficulties with relationships
• Depression
• Stress
• Anxiety and panic attacks
• Unhappy childhood
Is counselling for me?
Counselling is for everyone who needs support and a place to be seen and heard,
without the fear of feeling judged or misunderstood. A place to express feelings
thoughts. A safe place for you.
Is this service confidential?
Yes. I work with my belief and the guide lines of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) code of Ethics and Practice for which I am a member.
How much am I expecting to pay?
My current fees are £25 - £40 per session but this can be discussed in relation to your circumstances.
There is an assesment fee of £30. assesment duration is 50 minutes, which gives us an opportunity to meet and discuss your needs before we begin to work together. You are not obligated in anyway to commence counselling after your initial assessment.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
